PRO-ACTIVE Therapy Manuals
PRO-ACTIVE therapy manuals are now available through this publication. These manuals cover the therapy models used in the PRO-ACTIVE trial, and represent different timing (proactive vs. reactive) and intensity (± swallowing exercise) of implementing swallowing therapies to promote maximal pharyngeal activity during radiotherapy for head and neck cancer. They have been shared as a clinical resource to assist speech-language pathologists who wish to implement these therapies in their own setting.
